建业美食——梨花红烧肉

Food for JYIS—— Braised pork with pear

 

     梨花红烧肉是山西临汾乡宁县的一道地方美食,是将加工好的五花肉与削过皮的雪梨切片,相互交错摆盘,用保鲜膜包裹,蒸制一个半小时,梨的果香与肉完美融合,浇上红糖汁即可。

Braised pork with pear  is a local delicacy in Xiangning County, Linfen, Shanxi Province. The processed pork and peeled Sydney slices are crisscrossed and placed on plates, wrapped with fresh-keeping film and steamed for one and a half hours. The aroma of pear is perfectly integrated with the meat, and then poured with brown sugar juice.

    红烧肉以五花肉为制作主料,用肥瘦相间的三层肉(五花肉)来做,红烧肉以砂锅烹饪为主,做出来的肉肥瘦相间,香甜松软,外表红润通透、肥而不腻
