建业美食——香辣小龙虾 ?food for JYIS——spicy crayfish

小龙虾是存活于淡水中一种像龙虾的甲壳类动物,学名克氏原螯虾,也叫红螯虾或者淡水小龙虾。稥辣小龙虾又名口味虾、长沙口味虾、香辣小龙虾,是湖南著名的地方小吃。
