卤肉饭是台湾的一个特色菜,正宗的卤肉饭经过长时间熬煮,加上香菇,配上碗热腾腾的米饭一起吃,香浓可口,甜而不腻制作原料有大米、五花肉、干葱头、淀粉、姜、蒜、酱油、八角、酒、冰糖、五香粉、胡椒粉等。它是台湾地区常见的,也是经典的小吃。
